CATIE is committed to protecting the privacy of those who use our site.

CATIE does not systematically collect any information about the identity of individuals searching our site.

CATIE does not systematically collect any information about the identity of individuals searching the CONNECT website, with one exception: we do give users the chance to have the site "remember" their contact information when they are arranging to borrow materials. This is an "opt in" feature; users have to select this option to turn it on.

We do collect information anonymously through a log file which indicates which pages were visited and how frequently. This information is analyzed to help us develop content that responds to the interests of our website visitors.

Information provided by visitors to the CONNECT site is only used as needed to fulfill the stated purpose of their requests.

CATIE does not disclose, give or sell any personal information about visitors to our site.
